, General Partner and Chief Investment Officer, has made over thirty early stage venture investments in the last 12 years, including OpenTable (NASDAQ: OPEN), ACA Financial, ProClarity (acquired by MSFT), CallTower and USBX (acquired by Imperial Capital). He has been a director of twelve start-ups at various stages of development. Prior to co-founding Clean Pacific Ventures, he was Managing Partner at Sunflower Capital Partners, a generalist early stage venture fund. He was previously a Managing Director and group head within the consumer investment banking practice of Montgomery Securities after beginning his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Sean currently sits on the board of portfolio companies Marrone Bio Innovations, American Efficient and LumiGrow. Sean also serves on the Advisory Board of Bay Grove Capital and is a Mentor in the Greenstart.com program for nascent cleantech companies.. Sean received a BA in English from Brigham Young University, and a JD and an MBA from Duke University.

Prior to co-founding Clean Pacific Ventures, Jeff spearheaded business development and marketing for Purfresh, a venture-backed clean technology water and food purification company with a long list of Fortune 500 customers. Jeff also was the first marketing and business development executive of two successful technology start-ups, VocalPoint (acquired by Telecom Italia) and Acendi. Previously, Jeff spent 5 years at Bain & Company in the Private Equity and Technology practices consulting to private equity funds and to major technology companies. Jeff has invested in Blingo (acquired by Publishers Clearing House), VocalPoint (acquired), Advanced Educational Corporation (acquired) and Purfresh. Jeff served as interim CEO and is Chairman of HydroNovation, He was Board Director of Aquacue (acquired by Badger Meter (NYSE: BMI)) and previously served on the board of Clean Power Finance. In his youth, he earned Eagle Scout rank. Jeff holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a MS in Management from the London School of Economics.
, General Partner, was a Vice President and group manager for Robertson Stephens’ Energy Technology investment banking practice, which focused on companies involved in distributed generation, power quality and reliability, and advanced materials. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Van Kasper & Co. (now Wells Fargo Securities), where he worked on numerous transactions for environmental services and technology companies serving the solid, liquid, hazardous and radioactive waste markets. Dave currently sits on the board of portfolio company SunLink. Dave received a BA in English from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
, Venture Partner, has been involved as an investor and operator of 9 high growth companies both at the early through public stages acting as COO of Alesco Financial (NYSE : AFT), CFO of TRM Corporation (NASDAQ: TRMM) and CEO of iATMglobal.net (acquired by NCR Corp.). He has been a director of 4 high growth companies including Vice Chairman of Golden Pacific Bancorp and LumiGrow. In addition, he served as Managing Director at Cohen & Company where he oversaw and launched several debt platforms with investments totaling in excess of $10 billion in over 600 companies. Shami was an investment banker in the Business Services group at Roberston Stephens and began his career as a strategy consultant at Andersen Consulting in the Energy and Utilities group. He also spent time in the Corporate Development department at Enron Corp. Shami serves on the Board of Duke University Law School where he is a Senior Lecturing Fellow and has also served as a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He is the Treasurer and on the Board of Trustees of the Seven Hills School. Shami received his BA in Philosophy and Economics from Trinity University, and a JD and an MBA from Duke University.
